A group of at least 19 Myanmar citizens were arrested by the railway police of India at Malda Town railway station of West Bengal in the earlier morning on Wednesday said a media report.
“They all are from Myanmar but coming from Bangladesh without having valid travel documents. They enter into India 10 days ago and planned to go to Delhi for searching the jobs” said a police to the media.
It is informed that the group of immigrants included two men, ten women and seven children according to the police.
Among them, all the adults were presented in a court for illegally travelling charges while the case of the children has been forwarded toward the juvenile justice board.
