Thai police have found 30 new graves at an unused burial graveyard near a site used to house illegal migrants from Arakan and Bangladesh.
According to local villagers, the graveyard with about six graves were unused for the last 40 years. But last year the traffickers dug up about thirty new graves. However the traffickers seemed well protected by local administration during the time.
Police say that the graves are very similar to the earlier discovery of 26 graves that held corpses. But they are yet to give details on what lies inside the graves.
Police also discovered a detention centre in a rubber plantation on Thursday.
