A strict blockade has been imposed on residents of the IDP camp in Cilkhali, Rathedaung.
Military enforced these blockade on allegations the Rohingyas are sheltering foreign fighters from the IS.
Many Rohingyas however say this is the first time they ever heard that a group called IS exists. Community leaders meanwhile say there is little sympathy among the locals for fringe extremist groups.
On Wednesday, military personal conducted a night raid in the camp and sexually abused many Rohingya women in front of their family members.
Locals also say a long term blockade will result in starvation as there is no source of livelihood inside the IDP camp.
Living conditions here are among the worst in the world, according to aid groups.
