Kutupalong, Ukhyia 02.04.2015. Iqra Ideal academy kutuplaong (IIAK) is a private school in kutupalong refugees camp. it is located in A block. It has been been educating refugees children since 2007 privately. Administration has raided at this private school around 10am and checked papers of that school and seized some documents. As well as they have broken down the signboard of the institution.
They hanged lock in the main gate of institution and ordered not to open until next permission to open.guardians are very much worry about their children for quality education. This private institution was giving our children quality education and their teaching method is very significant so we send our children to this school for better education beside camp’s refugees schools provided by NGOs, said Nur Mohammed a refugee from A block.
We are quite backward in education area so this is our little efforts to improve our children’s education rate privately as all of we know illiterate people are burden for a nation. Without education we can’t prosper our lives. Unfortunately administration has closed such a educational institution. We are very shocked and despaired added Md Rahim Ullah the director of that private school.
We are trying to discuss about this matter with higher authority to find out the allegation that caused to close this institution, Said Md Ismail the chairman of kutupalong camp.
There is no obstacle to earn education around the world. The general refugees urged authority to reopen this institution as soon as possible so that their children could continue study..
