Police in Bangladesh have destroyed a shelter erected by a Rohingya refugee evicted from the Jhaubon area in Cox’s Bazar.
Ali Ahmed (37), s/o Thanda Miah had struck a deal with a local villager to build a house on his property where he hoped to stay with his six other family members.
But police destroyed the shelter leaving the family helpless.
Thousands of Rohingya refugees are living rough after they were evicted in late January.
