The CIC of Nayapara refugee camp has told Madrasa teachers and supervisors to report to him with full records and financial transactions.
CIC S M Sarwar has been transferred recently from the Kutupalong refugee camp. Back at his old post, he closed down a Madrasa on allegations of teaching terrorism.
Kutupalong refugees also complain that CIC Sarwar had instilled a reign of terror during his post. Now Nayapara refugees say they are beginning to suffer from his presence.
Sarwar says that he is cracking down on religious institutions that fuel terrorism. Refugees say he only wants bribes from these institutions.
