Lawaka officials along with government collaborators took photographs of Muslim houses in Godusera, Maungdaw South on Tuesday.
The houses they photographed had been recently repaired.
Under the laws of the land, Rohingya Muslims must take permission from authorities before they repair or build a new house. Locals say that proper permission has been taken in this village.
The unnatural behaviour of the Lawaka has created a tensed atmosphere in Godusera.
