Nayapara refugee camp in Bangladesh has been suffering from severe water shortages in the dry season, according to our correspondent.
Though the UNHCR arranges for water in a bus every day, the amount is hardly enough to meet the needs of every family, say locals.
As a result many have been looking for water outside the camp. This has created fears that Nayapara refugees might face the same abuses that their counterparts in Leda face everyday.
So far, serious abuses have not occurred. But some small children have faced cursing villagers who taunted them with racist abuses.
